Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]("we", "us"), who operates EuroSwingFy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. You must be 18 or older

The Service is for adults only and contains adult content. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old (or older, where your country sets a higher age of majority) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may remove any account we believe belongs to a minor, without notice. If you believe a minor is using the Service, contact us immediately at support@euroswingfy.com.

2. What the Service is

EuroSwingFy is a social network for open-minded adults — couples and singles — who want to share content and find people with similar interests near them. It provides profiles, a content feed, stories, likes, comments, follows, direct messages and proximity-based discovery.

It is not an escort directory, a sexual services marketplace, or an introduction agency. We do not arrange meetings, verify identities, or screen members (see section 8).

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Do not create an account for anyone else, impersonate another person, or sell, transfer or share your account.
  • A profile that represents a couple must have the informed agreement of both partners.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with other users and for backups kept for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm, for everything you post, that:

  • You have the right to post it.
  • Every identifiable person in it is an adult who has freely consented to it being published here. This applies to photos and videos of partners, of other couples, and of anyone in the background.
  • It does not break these Terms or any law that applies to you.

5. What you may not do

The following result in content removal and, in most cases, permanent account loss:

Zero tolerance — reported to the authorities

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a minor, real or generated. We report this to the competent authorities and preserve the relevant data.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including content shared without the consent of the person shown ("revenge porn"), hidden-camera material, and sexual deepfakes of real people.
  • Content depicting coercion, trafficking, bestiality, or non-consensual acts.

Also prohibited

  • Commercial sexual services — advertising, soliciting or arranging escorting, prostitution or paid sexual services, including indirect offers.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people based on who they are.
  • Contacting anyone who has made clear they are not interested, or sending unsolicited explicit images in direct messages.
  • Publishing anyone's private information — including another member's real name, workplace, address or screenshots of their profile or messages.
  • Impersonation, fake profiles, catfishing, scams and romance fraud.
  • Spam, bulk messaging, advertising, pyramid schemes and affiliate marketing.
  • Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading content, reverse engineering, or circumventing any technical limit or security measure.
  • Uploading malware, or attempting to disrupt or overload the Service.

6. Moderation

We may review, remove or restrict content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where the breach is serious. We do not pre-screen content, and we are not obliged to monitor it, but we act on reports.

If your account is terminated for a serious breach, you may not create a new one. If you believe we got a decision wrong, write to support@euroswingfy.com and we will review it.

7. Location features

Proximity discovery works only if you allow your browser to share your location. You can refuse, and you can revoke that permission at any time in your browser settings — the rest of the Service still works, but we cannot show you who is nearby.

Your stored location is used to calculate distance and to show an approximate area (such as a city). Treat anything you publish as potentially identifying: posting both your location and recognisable photos makes you easier to identify.

8. No screening — meet safely

We do not run background checks, identity verification or criminal record checks on members. We cannot confirm that anyone is who they claim to be. You are solely responsible for your interactions, online and in person.

If you choose to meet someone: meet in public first, tell someone you trust where you are going, do not send money to anyone you have not met, and stop at any point you feel uncomfortable. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, by anyone, for any reason.

9. Price

The Service is currently free to join and use. If we introduce paid features we will describe the price and terms before you pay, and we will not start charging for something you already have without telling you first.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We provide the Service "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by other members is accurate, lawful or genuine. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for the conduct of other members — online or offline. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Ending this agreement

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and content from the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION]. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
